RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them. This includes any original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
We don’t issue paper return forms, so please forward your original order confirmation email to info@childofgod.co.uk to request a refund.

Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
Want to exchange an item?
We’re no longer offering free exchanges to customers. All returned items will be refunded once they arrive at our warehouse. Need it in a different size or colour? Simply place a new order!
If you return an item requesting a refund within 28 days of delivery/ collection, we'll give you a full refund. We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

When will my order be sent?
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm on the same day. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time frame, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control.
What if I am not home when they deliver?
We recommend you use a delivery address where there will be someone to receive and sign for the delivery. For many of our customers this may be a work address. However, if you are out, the usual procedure is for the delivery service to leave a “We Stopped By” card (or similar). You can then collect from a depot or re-arrange delivery for a time that suits you.
Child of God do not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location you deem as a “safe place” such as in the shed, garage or with a neighbour, we cannot accept responsibility if the goods are damaged or you fail to receive your parcel.
